Questions

Why isn't a new listing free?

Because every clinic added through this page is checked against its own website by a person and built out by hand — your prices, photos and services, taken from your own website. The one-time fee covers that work. Claiming a profile that already exists stays free, forever.

What happens after I pay?

We verify your details against your website, build the profile, and email you the live link plus your dashboard sign-in. If anything can't be verified, we email you — and if we can't publish, the $199 is refunded in full.

My clinic is already listed — do I still pay?

No. Search for your clinic and use the free claim form on the For Clinics page. If you paid by mistake, tell us and we'll refund you in full.

Can I add a second location?

Yes — each location is its own listing ($199 one-time each), because each one is verified and built out separately. One dashboard login can manage them all.

What if my city isn't in the list?

Choose “Other — not listed” and tell us your city in the notes. We're expanding city by city; if we can't publish your listing yet, you're refunded in full.
