BestBeautyClinics.com is operated by ADPLUS MEDIA INC., A425 20020 84 Avenue, Langley, BC, Canada V2Y 5K9 ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions: support@bestbeautyclinics.com or our contact page.

1. What this service is — and is not

BestBeautyClinics.com is a directory and consultation-request routing service for beauty, laser and medical-aesthetics clinics in the United States. We help visitors find clinics and pass consultation requests to them.

  • We are not a healthcare provider. We do not operate a clinic, employ the listed clinics, or provide medical services.
  • Nothing on this site is medical advice. Treatment decisions are between you and a clinic's qualified professionals.
  • Submitting a consultation request is not a confirmed appointment. A request is routed to one clinic; the clinic must accept it and contact you to arrange a time. No booking exists until the clinic confirms it with you directly.
  • We are not a party to any consultation, treatment, or payment agreement between you and a listed clinic.
  • You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your state, to submit a consultation request.

2. Where directory content comes from

Listings are built from factual business information collected from publicly available sources, including clinics' own websites — names, addresses, neighbourhoods, services offered, and prices exactly as the clinic publishes them. Facts are not creative works: we compile them, we do not copy a clinic's marketing materials.

  • We do not copy clinics' photos, and we do not copy review text or ratings from Google or any other third-party platform.
  • Prices shown are the prices the clinic published on its own site, and each price carries the date it was captured. Prices can change without notice — the clinic confirms the final price at consultation.
  • We rewrite price labels into plain, standardized descriptions and do not republish promotional labels (specials, member or first-time pricing, time-limited offers). Where a clinic's published price is itself an introductory or member-only offer, we omit that price.
  • We re-check listings against clinics' own sites regularly, but we do not guarantee that any listing, price, or availability is current or complete. If you spot an error, tell us at support@bestbeautyclinics.com or via the contact form and we will correct it.

3. No endorsement, no affiliation, no "best"

A listing is not an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. Clinics are ordered using the published, objective criteria on our How We Rank page — verified licensing/claimed status, our own moderated patient ratings and review counts, price transparency, and availability. Payment never affects that order, and no individual clinic is described as "the best" in our copy. Where a clinic pays for placement (for example a Featured profile or a sponsorship), that placement is labelled "Sponsored". We make no clinical-quality assessments beyond the published criteria.

4. Rights of listed clinics

  • Any listed clinic may claim its profile free of charge at any time, and may ask us to correct or remove its listing. Correction and removal requests are honoured promptly — contact support@bestbeautyclinics.com or use the contact form.
  • A clinic that claims its profile is responsible for the accuracy of everything it adds or edits — descriptions, services, prices, photos, and hours — and for complying with the advertising rules of its profession (including its state licensing board's advertising rules and FDA limits on prescription-product advertising).
  • We may edit or remove clinic-supplied content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

5. Consultation requests

When you submit a request form, you give express consent for us to share the details you provided with one matched clinic for your chosen treatment and city, as described in our Privacy Policy. If that clinic does not accept within its response window, the request may pass to one backup clinic in the same city — one clinic at a time, under the same consent. The clinic — not BestBeautyClinics.com — is responsible for contacting you, for the consultation, and for any treatment.

6. Reviews

  • Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not of BestBeautyClinics.com, and we do not verify every factual claim in them.
  • Reviews are moderated: we may decline or remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic, or not based on a genuine experience. Clinics may post a public response to a review of their profile.
  • Reviews are published with the reviewer's first name only.
  • Clinics may not offer incentives for reviews, and reviews or clinic responses that make treatment claims for prescription treatments (benefits, results, safety) will not be published.
  • By submitting a review, you grant ADPLUS MEDIA INC. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the review on this site (and in the site's data feeds) for as long as the clinic's profile remains listed, and you confirm the review is your own honest account.

7. Paid clinic services

Clinics may buy optional services (Featured placement, sponsorships, and — in states where we have confirmed per-lead fees are permitted for the clinic's profession — lead-credit packs) on the pricing and terms presented at purchase. Lead packs are not offered in a state until that state check is complete. In summary: lead packs are prepaid and a credit is deducted only when a matched request is delivered to the clinic; deliveries that are spam, duplicates, or for the wrong city are credited back. Patients never pay to use this site. Lead-pack credits never expire. Featured placement is a one-time annual payment and does not auto-renew. If you believe a delivery was charged in error, contact us — deliveries that are spam, duplicates, or for the wrong city are credited back.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not misrepresent who you are, submit false claims, reviews, or requests, or use the site to send spam.
  • Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the directory except through the documented machine-readable feeds and API described on our For AI Agents page, and within the limits stated there.
  • Do not interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

9. Liability and governing law

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADPLUS MEDIA INC. is not liable for any act or omission of a listed clinic, for reliance on listing information, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes will be heard in the courts of British Columbia — except where a US state law that applies to you gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "last updated" date; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
